Refund and Cancelation Policy

Zafrani Law PLLC offers online appointment scheduling for convenience. To ensure fairness and availability, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Consultation Fees

If your consultation includes a fee, payment may be required at the time of booking.
Consultation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment time may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a missed-appointment fee or loss of the consultation fee.

• No-shows forfeit the full consultation fee.

3. Firm Cancellations

If we must cancel or reschedule:

• We will provide as much notice as possible.

• Any prepaid consultation fees will be credited toward a future appointment or refunded at your request.

4. Emergency Situations

If you miss an appointment due to an emergency, please contact us.
Accommodations may be made at the Firm’s discretion.

• Contacting us by phone

• Emailing us directly
